Chambi, like many others will attest the government managed supply chain of medicines has many shortcomings. If the government through the MSD can create an efficient and appropriate delivery system, these private shops won't be such a big qualm. But we cannot pretend that the problem chiefly lies with the private establishment. I do agree there is strong conflict between doctors working for the government while at the same time having a business on the side especially in the context of scarcity. On a different note, can you send me a soft copy of the TAMKO from the ministry.
